1. Double ended four sided CNC drilling design:
Four power heads (movable up, down, left, right) are configured at both ends, with a total of eight power heads working synchronously to achieve automatic drilling on all four sides of the workpiece.
2. High power drive:
The whole machine adopts a high-power multi servo drive configuration: a total of 8 0.75KW high-performance servo motors are arranged up, down, left, and right. The front and rear feed are equipped with 8 0.75KW servo motors, and the overall left and right movement of the gantry is equipped with 2 1.3KW servo motors, all of which are matched with precision star reducers, effectively improving torque output and motion stability. Simultaneously equipped with 8 2.2KW drilling power heads, ensuring strong power and long-lasting stability during high-intensity drilling operations, meeting the needs of long-term continuous processing.
3. Double twelve axis CNC system:
Adopting the self-developed "JFH programming free CNC system", one click machining can be achieved by simply inputting hole position data on the touch screen, with fault point prompts and production capacity statistics functions.
