The integrated design integrates the entire process of crushing, melting, extrusion, granulation, and air cooling, which is particularly suitable for solving the pain points ofedge material accumulation and low online recycling efficiency in factories.It significantly reduces raw material waste and enhances the added value of recycled materials.

Working principle of intelligent granulation system:

1. Real time recycling mode of online film production line
The film scraps produced by the blown film machine are instantly introduced into the granulation system through an automated conveyor belt → precise feeding by the traction roller group → a two-stage extrusion mechanism (low-temperature pre plasticization in the front stage and precise temperature control in the rear stage) to achieve gradual melting of the material → extrusion molding through porous molds → high-speed rotating cutting blades to complete particle cutting → rapid shaping by the vortex cyclone cooling system → pneumatic conveying to the storage tank, forming a closed-loop production chain of "edge production - instant recycling - raw material reuse".

2. Batch processing mode for cutting waste materials
The strip edge produced by the slitting process is processed by a photoelectric detection system → an automatic winding device generates standard material rolls → the material rolls are processed by a pre-processing unit (metal detection+electrostatic dust removal) and then enter an efficient extrusion system → a combination screw achieves uniform plasticization of the material → the melt is purified by three-stage filtration → the water ring cutting system generates high-density particles, which can be directly used as raw materials for reproduction.
