2.Main purpose

This machine tool is designed and manufactured specifically for drilling long PVC profiles, with a vertical structure and 26 sets of drilling power heads. 26 hole positions can be drilled and milled simultaneously, with a maximum length of 5486mm for plastic PVC profiles, a waist shaped hole diameter of 9.5mm for drilling and milling, and a width of 4.5mm. The effective drilling and milling height stroke can be adjusted up to 50mm, and the left and right drilling and milling stroke can be adjusted up to 15mm. The CNC touch screen is used to control the rotation of the drilling power head, and the size of the drilling and milling cutter head determines the width of the waist shaped hole diameter. The table is matched with corresponding positioning fixtures to fix the PVC profile workpiece and move it left and right to achieve the desired waist shaped hole slot for milling. Effectively solve the problems of punching, deformation, and bursting of PVC profiles, as well as the low efficiency and high cost of using CNC machining centers for long workpieces with multiple drilling positions. 13 drilling and milling heads form one workstation, and 26 drilling and milling heads can be used for dual work simultaneously, which is efficient, convenient, and saves labor costs.
