Using CNC touch screen control, continuous drilling of multiple holes can be achieved in one clamping. A 4500mm long material support frame is configured on each side, with a main machine length of 3100mm and a maximum effective drilling stroke of 2000mm on both sides. After drilling all the holes on the 2000mm long workpiece each time, the workpiece needs to be manually moved in three times to drill all the holes on the 6000mm long workpiece. It is equipped with a pneumatic material pressing device, a rear support, and left and right gear mechanisms, which can quickly clamp and move the workpiece left and right for positioning. By inputting the corresponding hole spacing value on the touch screen, the drill head can automatically move left and right to drill the required spacing holes on the same straight line, without any minimum spacing limit; By using a servo motor to advance and retract the cutting tool, drilling holes can be done that are not on the same straight line. Multiple hole types such as long slots and U-shaped holes can also be machined on the surface of the workpiece. The depth of the drilling can be adjusted by CNC zero point start stop, with a maximum stroke of 50mm. The machine has a touch screen parameter input and correction function, which can pre store multiple parameters. The customer can provide size data for editing and storage, which can be directly called up during use.
