I. Application and Structural Features

The JFH-JX-T06-L4500 multi-head automatic drilling machine is widely used for automated drilling in a variety of industries, including industrial automation production lines, solar energy and new energy, bridges, aluminum alloy furniture profiles, all-aluminum home furnishings, automotive parts, aviation manufacturing, building construction, aluminum doors and windows, molds, aerospace, machinery manufacturing, hardware and electrical appliances, railways, plastic-steel products, architectural decoration, and mechanical equipment.

II. Main Applications

This drilling machine is designed and manufactured specifically for drilling holes in industrial aluminum profiles. It features a vertical structure and comes with six drilling heads. Six holes can be drilled simultaneously, accommodating workpieces up to 4500mm in length. The machine can be equipped with a drill head for drilling holes, as well as a step drill bit for chamfering and countersinking aluminum. The drilling depth is adjustable, and a rotary switch controls the rotation of the drilling head. The touchscreen allows for CNC selection of individual drilling heads or simultaneous drilling of six holes. The spacing between holes can be adjusted by moving each drilling head left or right as needed. The maximum center-to-center spacing between the first and last holes is 4300mm, and the minimum spacing between holes is 170mm. Equipped with a rear positioning support and a front horizontal hold-down device, the machine features a left-right movable positioning mechanism for quick clamping and drilling of various lengths of profiles. The machine also comes with a length scale and pointer, effectively resolving the issues of poor line accuracy and slow drilling speed associated with conventional bench drills, or the inefficiency and high cost of using CNC machining centers. This turnkey machine is ready for operation upon powering on. It also includes a foot-operated start control switch for one-touch, safe drilling.
