Our glue coating roller has a thin-walled cylindrical surface covered with two layers of hard rubber, and comes standard with natural nitrile rubber rollers that are oil resistant, corrosion-resistant, and wear-resistant; Customization of special material rollers can also be supported: chloroprene rubber, polyurethane PU rollers, silicone rollers, PE rollers, EPDM rollers, single sheet, coated rollers, stainless steel rollers, mirror rollers. The coating roller is made of high-quality thick-walled seamless steel pipe, with a thick and uniform hard chrome plating, and is finely machined. It operates smoothly and applies adhesive evenly. Stainless steel or silicone rollers can be customized according to user requirements.

It has grooves and a matching rubber plate

Multiple glue application methods are available, offering high efficiency and convenience

Compared with the old-fashioned double-roller glue machine, this machine is equipped with three rollers for single-sided glue application and four rollers for double-sided glue application. It also features grooves and a durable, stainless steel glue baffle to prevent glue from overflowing and leaking to both sides.

Before starting work, turn the handwheel to adjust the gap between the glue-applying roller and the glue-applying adjusting roller. When the two rollers are almost in contact with each other, the glue can be injected. A top-mounted glue storage tank with a glue funnel can be selected as needed to automatically add glue, or the glue can be injected manually. The injected glue will wait in the glue injection tank for work.

Grooves and threads can be machined on the surface of the rubber roller

The surface of the rubber roller is coated with corrosion-resistant rubber; the grooves on the surface can be straight threads, various square patterns, or horizontal stripes. The amount of glue applied, specifically the grams of glue applied per square meter, is controlled by the number and depth of the grooves. The denser and shallower the grooves, the smaller the amount of glue applied, allowing for even application even to materials with variations in texture.

The speed and rotation speed of the glue applicator roller are adjustable

The matching frequency converter can adjust the speed of the roller rotation. The roller rotation speed can be adjusted according to the work needs to adapt to the uniformity of glue application thickness, and to adjust the glue rolling speed and the workpiece feeding speed.

Our coating rollers are thin-walled cylindrical with two layers of hard rubber on the surface. The standard configuration includes natural nitrile rubber rollers, which are oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and wear-resistant. We also support the customization of special material rollers: neoprene rubber, polyurethane (PU) rollers, silicone rollers, PE rollers, EPDM rubber rollers, smooth rollers, chrome-plated rollers, stainless steel rollers, and mirror rollers.

It can be coated with white glue, ABS glue, panel glue, polyurethane glue, epoxy resin glue, anaerobic glue, UV glue and other non-clumping and easy-to-clean glues. After the work is completed, the glue adhering to the roller surface can be easily removed by using urea or thinner.

Our glue applicator is equipped with a lifting and synchronous adjustment handwheel, which allows for simultaneous adjustment on both sides. This makes the operation uniform, convenient, and labor-saving. The handwheel can be used to raise and lower the upper glue roller without repeatedly adding glue, thus saving glue and labor. The glue application is uniform, efficient, and reduces production costs.
